Airplanes As Ground Objects

I was playing around to get airplanes as ground objects (COMM Building!!). I got the plane to be in the ground as an object. There are still some issues like the wheels are up (default airplane set-up) and I cannot lock on them (yet).

Can this be used as terrain objects?
