The 1st All Dedicated Virtual Bomber Group is now open for Recruiting.

About the The 1st All Dedicated Virtual Bomber Group:

The First All Dedicated Virtual Bomber Group had begun as the Virtual 47th/312th Bomb Group Light which was

created on December 2, 2008. The Virtual 47th/312th Bomb Group Light was a Dedicated Low Level Attack Bomber

Group, Flying both A-20C/G Models. However at that time it seems no body wanted to be a Dedicated Bomber Pilot.

With the Introduction of the Mods for both 4.08m and 4.09b1m with flyable AI Planes like the B-17's and B-24 and

the New Maps. I have decided to Revamp the Group and Rename it "The First All Dedicated Virtual Bomber Group.

This Virtual Dedicated Bomber Group will be as One Group Who will Represent Four Different Bomber Groups:

"The 312th Bomb Group (Light) and the 43rd Bomb Group (Heavy), they both flew in the Pacific Theater."

"The 47th Bomb Group (Light) and the 97th Bomb Group (Heavy), they both flew in the Mediterranean Theater."

The Planes this Group will fly are: A-20's, B-17's and B-24. This Group will also fly the B-25's, TBF-1C ,TBM-3.

This Group will at times do Low Level Attack and High Level Bombing Missions, also Skip Bombing and Torpedo runs.

However our main Missions are either Tactical Low Level Ground/Support Attack or High Level Daylight Precsion Bombing Missions. The 1st All Dedicated Virtual Bomber Group is a closed cockpit, full real, full immersion Bomber Group.

 

THE FIRST ALL DEDICATED VIRTUAL BOMBER GROUP RECRUITING POLICY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1) RECRUITING AREAS:

A) SOUTHEAST ASIA: PHILIPPINES ISLANDS,AUSTRALIA,THAILAND,MALAYSIA,NEW ZEALAND

B) NORTH AMERICA: CANADA AND UNITED STATES.

 

2) MUST BE OF GOOD CHARTER AND HAVE HIGH STANDARDS AND VALUES.

BE HIGHLY COMMITTED, WITH DIGNITY AND INTEGRITY, AND DEDICATED IN EVERY THING HE/SHE DOES.

BE HIGHLY COMMITTED AND DEDICATED TO HELP THIS GROUP BECOME THE BEST BOMBER GROUP IN IL-2 1946 COMMUNITY.

3) MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE ALL GROUP MEETINGS, TRAINING AND MISSIONS.

4) MUST BE WILLING AND ACCEPT BEING IN A REALISTIC MILITARY BOMBER GROUP.

5) Must be 21 or Older
