aircraft same mission camouflage

Hello,

 

Probably a real simple one, ,,, how do I get the other aircraft on the same mission as me to have the same camouflage?

If it's in Campaign, that should happen automatically.

 

If it's in a Single Mission, go to the Loadout screen and you'll see a drop down menu to select each of your wingmen, and the 'skin' for each of them.
