How do I fix this?

In the first pick, when I open the bomb bay doors, the Bombs are more towards the tail of the plane when they should be more foward towards the nose.

 

In the Second pic the pilots are kinda sticking out of the plane and the External bombs are and pylon thing are just floating with the plane.

 

How do I fix this?

You are using the old B-52D_data.ini.

 

Delete that file and download this and install:

It won't fix the external pylons (they do not exist yet) but will fix all the other issues.
