Inserting a S-300PS SAM system command post

Hi

 

In the encyclopedia, it shows a S-300PS Command post, yet it does not appear in the mission editor, either in the Static objects of the ground vehicles tab.

 

Does anyone know how to insert one, any help is appreciated,
