I was in Best Buy earlier today and as is my habit, I walked over to the software section and found a number of copies of CFS3 (couldn't tell if it was 3.1 or not) for $9.95 on the shelf. It looked like it was newly packaged and had a copyright of 2007 on it as well. That makes me think it may be 3.1.
