Putting Sams In A Mission

Just looking for some general Info.

 

Just wondering how exactly you put SAM systems down in the MI.

 

The Patriot seems to have several varients and command vehicles etc.

 

So can i just put a patriot launcher down and it's good to go or has it got to be connected in some way to a command and radar network?

 

So for every patriot launcher do i need a control vehicle and a Radar array?

 

Also is the Hawk the same?
