ModMan freezing when checking its files index

Well, the title says everything - I was trying to open ModMan but it isn't working anymore.

 

Some weeks ago ago I had ModMan but after having problems with it I deleted it.

 

Then I decided to try it again, but when I click on the icon, after the program checking for update, it freezes when a message saying that ModMan needs to check its files index.

 

It's not installed on Program Files (I'm using Vista). The curious thing is that it was working perfectly some weeks ago.

 

Has anyone experienced such problem before, and, if yes, how did you solved it?
