Saving Campaign Missions

Hi all

 

I am just wondering if campaign missions have to be saved once completed? I ask because I am playing the A10 campaign and completed the first mission, finally!!

 

I came back later to play the next mission, only to find that I had to refly the first one. I reflew it and this time saved the campaign before moving on and all was okay, so I guess you do have to save your own campaign missions.
