I can't get to 'General Discussion' forum at night

For the last few weeks I have only been able to get into this forum during the day. At night I get the combatace home page but can't get to forum 204 which is this one. Eventually the whole thing times out.

 

Does being on GMT + 2 have anything to do with it? On the other hand I used to be able to get in at any time.
