Skins not showing up in Steam Version Tracks

I've been working on tracks for my updated campaign "Americas Ace of Aces". I've been using the Steam version of IL2 for some of the tracks when I noticed that the skins I put on the models do not show up in the playback of the tracks.

 

Disaster!!!!!!!

 

Everything is fine on my old DVD installed version on my Vista machine but not on the Steam version.

 

To make matters worse the tracks I did on the Steam version and play on my DVD version have no skins either.

 

The skins are very important to the story line of the campaign and I dread having to re-do the tracks.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
