I was wondering, does PSP do layers?

 

Also, are the photoshop file format the skins are in usable/compatable with PSP?

 

Id like to edit some skins if I get PSP.

I use PSP 7.0 and I love it..yes you can do layers and I'd guess photoshop would work.

Thanks Dagger, I bought a copy of PSP 7 anniversary edition with manuals for $40 on Ebay. The seller also included a digital photo program he had from JASC also. The fellas on SimHQ told me that PSP opens photoshop files no problem and most of them use it to do their image editing and aircraft skins. Very cool, cant wait till I get it. :)
