About xxxdrop_tanks_right, and xxxdrop_tanks_left?

I have converted the Euro Green 170 gallon F-104G drop tanks, to work in SF2!!

 

I have done this, taking as an example, other tanks already converted to SF2, far here everything is fine, all work!!

 

But I have one question, why (see the example in the picture), the xxx_right_tanks, not have the xxx.ini file??
