Dear Sir:

 

I was able to pick up a Strutter from the Depot, and arrived late last night. I understand you were in a meeting, so I dropped of the paper work with the clerk. I understand Romano will be my Engineer, and was working with Lt. Richards? I understand he was a fine man, and his Gunner, Mick, quite a musical sort. My Gunner is from London, Roger Daltry, and he’s fancies himself as a singer too.

 

I would have waited to see you this am, but I was on the early Patrol, so I’ll see you when I’m back.
