Loss of Pilots Names in MP

Back in off2...voss's last mission was played alot, and pilots flying se5's got to see voss's name when close to his plane. This was true for either the host, or ppl joining the game.

 

But for some reason, multiplayer missions made in off3 with pilots names assigned to either side, do not show up for anyone else but the host.

 

Have tried everything i can think of to make pilots names on planes show up for ppl joining the mission, but have had no luck

 

Realise its a small issue,,but if there is a easy fix, it would be nice to have this feature put back in.
