HOW CAN I PUT STATIC AIRCRAFT IN A CARRIER?

First, welcome to CA.

Second, DO NOT USE ALL CAPS!...makes it look like you're yelling.

Third, currently not possible...aircraft have to be built as part of the carrier model.
