I dont know if you guys have seen this before, or even if "Jaded Major" is a Combat Ace member, but still I'd like to post this:

 

In 1995, North Korea implemented a policy to ensure it's armed forces recieved top priority in the allocation of funding and resources, at the expense of it's starving populace and crumbling economic infrastructure.

 

They succeded.

 

the name of this policy is translated into English as "military first". In Korean, it is called...

 

"SONGUN"

 

 

 

 

In my opinion, it was for things like this the internet was invented.
