Question about External View

Wen I hit F6, it goes to the external view that's quite okay. But as I keep pressing F6 on an don again it cycles to the next aircrafts but it takes a long way to go for some aircrafts which is quite some distance away. Now it's good to have some idea as to which group of aircrafts is not within the battlezone...but is it possible to have all the views snap'd?
