I need help. I recently installed a mod of a SU-47 flyable aircraft on Lock On FC1.1. Well when I did the mod killed my all flyable aircraft mod and even after a reinstall and complete file/folder delete, the mod appears after reinstallation. Modman refuses to uninstall it. I've tried twice and used up two activations. Any help would be appreciated and please don't chide me for not making backups or not knowing how to install mods. I made backups and the problem still presists. I've been doing it for a while now but this is the first time I have ever encountered a mod that acts like this.

Jack I saw your post over at eagle and was upset with the reply's from a couple of well lets skip that. I have posted a message to moderators(eagle) asking why they allow certain people to remain in the forum, for the purpose of upsetting other posters. Not quite what I said but the Moderators will understand without any difficulty.

This is the spot to be and I am glad to finally be here myself.

Now as to your problem. I will for the time being assume that you are running windows 7x64. If this is the case, you may not have the proper permissions set to delete from the registry. I have run into this problem myself. This may or may not be your problem but worth checking. The mod should uninstall but I have found windows 7 sometimes appears to let you but it does not in reality uninstall. Hope this may help you. cheers.

Thanks for all the help rattler. I still have the problem but I also have a list of the multitude of files that were installed with the mod. I am thinking that maybe its a modman thing and uninstalling it might help we'll see. Thanks again.

No problem. If you have still got the problem after deleting and installing modman again, let me know. I am usually pretty good at finding errors.Cheers.
