X3 key problems

I have played X1 a lot and bought a while back X3 cause of the great and stunning grafics at the time. But short after the install, I got some probs with the game. When I press a key, I`t recognized from the game not as a single press but as many as possibel at once. So it`s nearly impossibel to command the ship or do anything without beeing very carefull. This sucks realy. Is there a way to change it?!

 

I can`t adjust the camera or change the view without beeing realy kicked from one position to another ..

 

I need some help, realy
