eech new test exe

Hi,

Retro's made some nice changes to the control-screen of eech and a bunch of other improvments too. The eechmap-tool is incorporated, so you can set up your stick axis directly in-game

MP-changes are included, tested for about a month and it seems to work pretty well.

The included Readme-file has 'very' important info -so read it first.
