Adding CH Pro Rudders?

Using the in-game menu, I'm trying to add my CH Pro Rudder Pedals to the game, but it won't recognize the 3rd item. It only has 2 rows for the stick and throttle.

 

How do I add a 3rd row for the pedals or get the game to "see" them?

Disregard. I found Rugg's profile for the CH gear, so I'm trying it out.
