Operation Desert Storm Mod problem

I'm having a problem with the Operation Desert Storm add-on mod. Any help would be great.

What happens is after I complete a mission and I hit "esc" to go to the log or whatever its called screen it goes completely black and the I get a close program crash error. This only happens after 3 or 4 missions into the campaign and with any plane. Is there an update I missed for this mod? I'm up-to-date with SF2
