carrier turning while I'm approaching

Hi guys!

 

I was wondering if I'm doing anything wrong when comunication with the carrier tower.

After the tower asks me to contact him when I passed the first land marker I tell it that I'm aproaching (using F6,F3 keys) and enter ILS mode. I follow th eils to land and normally that works pretty well.

But sometimes the carrier starts turning while I'm aproaching, so suddenly I'm way off the ILS. Shoudn't I be at least notified to cancel my aproach? Is there anything I can do to avoid this? I sthere any other communication I need to do to tell em I'm comeing??
