Calling all Skinners

Hello Chaps

 

I need a bit of advise.I would like to start creating my own skins but havn't got

a clue where to start.

Have downloaded the blank skins from the pacific fighters web site.

What is the best editing program to use.

 

My System is:

XP2600+ Chip

120Gig Hard Drive

XFX 6800GT Graphics Card

1Gig of DDR 2700 Ram

XP PRO operating system

I also use Photoshop CS

If price is a concern, the GIMP is a free image-editing program that is nearly every bit as good as Paint Shop Pro. It has a slightly higher learning curve, but one you get the hang of it, it's a snap!
