Changing stores in campaign

I downloaded the campaign editor and I am able to use a number of planes in each campaign.  Is there a way to change the "available stores" in the campaign?  I do remember coming across a relevant post when searching the forums to answer a question about changing planes in the campaign, but I can't seem to find that post.  I know it involves extracting the campaign data with the extraction tool, but if anyone can give me details or point me to the right post I would appreciate it.
