Missing Map Icons for enemy A/C

I have the full SF2 package on some but not all of my TW sims when I open the map I do not get icons for enemy aircraft.  Had this problem before many years ago but can't find the fix. Obviously the Icons are missing from the versions i have modded the most.  Somtimes it has the label for the A/C but no icon. Not really big deal but it bugs me.  I'll have to save my fixes in a fixes folder.
