How do I fix the F15A flaps?

Hi,

I have searched but have come up empty on this.

I have a F15 A model that if I lower flaps one points up and the other works corrctly. Where in the .ini file and which one would I modify to fix this?

Also to make it worse last night I did a single mission in the EAWEuro map winter. I

start to gain speed down the runway when I'm like "What!! who build a house in the middle of the runway. This did not end with satisfactory results

I thought this was fixed with the last update. maybe the patch? I don't know.
