Trouble with Rolling Thunder campaign

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble with the Rolling Thunder campaign. The game crashes when the first three USAF squadrons are selected. In addition, the next two squadrons get random aircraft (B-57, A-1H, A-4) assigned at the start of the campaign and there doesen't seem to be any campaigns with the F-105. Finally, some of the required aircraft (according to the readme) are unavailable such as the A-7A and the A-1J.

 

Don't get me wrong, for most of the squadrons the game works well and I really like the campaign. I realize how much work goes into making a campaign.
