I can open the templates in PSP7 so thought I would give this a shot....

 

what I have so far....

I need help making decals, need a tutorial on how to make them. I have the decal tutorial on how to place them.

I am using PSP7 and have a how to book , but still banging my head on the alpha channels and all the layer stuff used in the decal .tga's.
