Tinkering with medals

Hi there,

Just a question about medals.

I know how to change the promotion names in the archives of the game, but I can't find a way, if there is such a thing, to tinker with the medals.

Is it possible to change the medals that are awarded to a given pilot? For example, could I replace the ehrenpokal with another medal somehow?

Also, are the maximun earnable medals just the four that appears in the pilot log or can a pilot get a fifth medal and another page in the log is created?

I know is not very important but just wanted to know.
