i wanna add all the usaf weapons to be available on certain planes. for example the f-18 doesnt have mavericks and other AGMs when i select it in the menu. similarly the su30 has certain weapons but the su33 doesnt have them? how do ensure it gets universal

anyone know any good tutorials ? whenever i apply certain mods all the sounds of the games go away which includes missiles, afterburners,guns,etc And certain aircraft typically the russian ones like the su-27 and su30 , their skins are completely black. the skin/camo is not loading?am i copying it wrong or something?can someone help
