I am really interested in WWI fighters and own a few of the games (usually bought on sale and never played).  I have decided to give up on the Fantasy RPGs for a while and go back to simulated flying.  I have a copy of RB3D on GOG and several games on STEAM but not a copy of WOFF.  I am looking for suggestions on a game that is fun to start with and has a campaign that is enjoyable to play.  Thanks!

After a major crash of my computer that happened in a move when I retired from the AF, I stopped playing flight sims and started with things like WOW or Witcher.  I would like to get back into flight sims and start with something relatively simple that has a campaign.  I do own (according to STEAM and GOG) a few flight sims but am open to any suggestions.  I do not have head tracking but do have a relatively ok HOTAS.  I also own IL-2 1946 on both GOG and STEAM, Red Baron, and a couple of the IL-2 different games in the series that I have never played but purchased when they were on sale.  Totally open to any suggestions on where to RESTART!

After 23 years as the chief engineer on a number of new aircraft I am now retired and want to play a few fun sims.  Any advice on the latest fun combat sims?
