Air refuel mod or choper search and rescue mod... which included in YAP, but I couldn't found the download of YAP and haven't $$$ to pay for it...

I have extracted and edit the missiondata.cat to some *.ini files, but how 2 make it works? Is there any tools to add these *.ini files up to *.cat?
