I didn't know that. Ironically, I won my first campaign today. It would feel more "dynamic" if the lines could shift.

I am about a month or two into my campaign. I've already shot down 50+ migs, bombed X number of airbases, and it doesn't seem like we are doing anything offensively on the ground. It looks as if the Russians moved in more SAMs (which I am destroying). So what is the key to winning a campaign? About how long does it take (in terms of game months)?
