Any documentation on X_Data.ini files around?

Looking for some help deciphering the data.ini files. Are there any guides around? I saw the sticky posts that explained some of the other stuff in the files (thanks). I'm just wondering if the flight model stuff is explained anywhere. Thanks, Chris
