About FlashGordon2000

  1. The MiG-21F-13 campaign is quite challenging due to the low ammo load of the cannon (30 rounds!) and the unreliability of the early model Atolls. But there's something about hot MiG on MiG (or naughty MiG on Sukhoi) action that I find oddly compelling. By the way - where is the fuel gauge in the MiG-21F-13?
  2. I managed to make the MiG-21 flyable again just by re-copying the TSF files. I didn't realize the Gnat was flyable in the campaign. I saw AI Finnish squadrons flying it around and I thought, gee, that would be fun to fly.
  3. Odd question but should the player be able to fly in the Finnish Air Force in the '66 campaign? I could have sworn that the option to fly a MiG-21 in the Finnish Air Force was possible but when I tried this now, only the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian Air Forces were enabled. I even tried to fly the MiG-21 in single mission and it wasn't available. Which is odd because I think I flew it in a very brief Finnish campaign. Have I gone completely nuts or has my install of The Scandinavian Campaign somehow gotten corrupted?
  4. Hi, I'm trying to install the Nieuport 11 model into my copy of FE2. The instructions state that I should copy the contents of the Weapons folder (which contains the stats for the Le Prieur rockets) into the game's Weapons folder. The problem is that there is no Weapons folder that I can seem to find. Is there an equivalent to this? If not, what should I do to add the rockets? Thanks in advance! FG
  5. Which First Eagles Campaigns are FE2 Compatible?

Hi, I tried downloading the Bloody April campaign and ran into some questions while trying to install it. The instructions for the campaign state that one need copy the entire Bloody April folder into the Campaigns folder. However, it then states that the contents of several folders within the Bloody April folder need to be copied in other folders (not the Campaign folder). Not only that, but one of the contents of one folder (Menu) need to be copied into the Menu folder for FE2 which does not exist in FE2. Could someone help clarify what I'm supposed to do with these instructions? Thanks in advance! FG
  6. Hello, all. Subject header says it all: I'd like to know which FE campaigns are FE2 compatible. I get the sinking feeling that they're not, based on the dates they were uploaded to Combatace... Thank in advance! FG
