I think I actually fixed it! I went to Device Manager>> Display Adapters>> Driver>> Update Driver This automatically updates your display driver to (hopefully) the latest version. It updated my Intel® HD graphics to version 8.15.10.2086. After I did that I went to my Options.ini in my modfolder and I changed the game to ForceDX9 and set that to TRUE and Forcevsyncoff to FALSE. I restarted the game and the flickering graphics are all gone. Thanks for the help everyone. This game seems really fun and I've been enjoying it while I've been taking a break from the DCS series. I hope I managed to help others in my explanation.

I've lowered all my settings and I've actually seen a real improvement. The crazy flickering appears occasionally but much less frequently than it used to when I had my settings turned up. I've found that enabling Direct X 9 makes the flickering terrible and game unplayable. My laptop's fan isn't on when the flickering begins or appears in game so I suspect it isn't an overheating issue. Is there anywhere I can tinker around with the graphics options some more? Like any .ini files besides options.ini? Maybe some view files or lighting?

I figured it was my Intel card as well. Anything we can do though?

driver and its up to date at version 8.15.10.2622 which was released 1/10/2012. I even reinstalled the driver to see if that fixed things but the graphical glitches are still there.

Hi all, I'm new to the Strike Fighters series. After flying around for a bit 5+ mins I begin noticing that the cockpit instruments are flickering and graphical anomalies begin to appear. This has happened with every plane I've flown and even the terrain starts flickering. The strange part is that the graphics and the cockpit look fine when I take off and for the first 5 minutes or so. After that time the graphics start flickering and eventually get worse. The graphical anomalies can range anywhere from duplicating pieces of the cockpit, flickering wildly, to invisible portions of the cockpit.
