Issues with vjoy and rudder.

Hello, I'm hoping someone may be able to help please. 

I have recently purchased wings over Flanders field and I am having some trouble binding a rudder. 

I have a pair of racing pedals set up for use as a rudder axis, they work on other flight sims with no issues. On other games I am able to bind the rudder input using the input repeater but in WOFF it shows up as the correct axis without it.

When I bind them in WOFF I can see they are working when I click the diagnose box in the settings menu but when in game they do nothing, all other controls work as expected.

Hopefully someone might have an idea what is wrong.

Edit just to note. I have tried setting the vjoy axis to X,z,and Rz also incase it needed to be on one of those.
