CCIP For All Aircraft

I have been unable to find a mod, nor understand what is needed to create a mod, to add CCIP to all aircraft rather than only the late models. Any help would be appreciated!

Searching the "files" section for "CCIP" should get you some good stuff.

Ex.

And, of course, any of Ravenclaw_007's excellent F-4 cockpits.
