Changing Airfields

How do you go about changing airfields in the terrain.

I am flying a Battle of Britain campaign and I have all of these big concrete airfields all over England and France.

I am using EuroWW2 Terrain(good autumn coloring for Europe)

I would like gravel runways or even grass strips,which were common during WW2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
