SAM Alert?

Is there a tone, buzz, whistle, beep beep, sound, light or something that is supposed to soundoff when a SAM has targeted you? I dont hear/see anything...... I just get blown up and have no idea why or by who or from where......

do you have the update SFSP1 if so what are your sound card setting on some had to place them on two speckers for the game to get all sounds.

Yes, i have the patch, sound settings are first notch from the left, and a 2 speaker setup.
