is it pos. to change jets to prop aircraft in the insant action. i would like to make it a complete bob game.

Changing planes in instant action

(player plane only, not the AI-controlled):

 

You need to edit 2 files:

1) OPTIONS.INI

2) flight\INSTANTACTION.INI (which you extract from

MISSIONDATA.CAT (not FLIGHTDATA.CAT)

 

Changes in INSTANTACTION.INI:

In section [AircraftMission001] (which describes player a/c), change AircraftType to what you want to fly (and have flyable) i.e. AircraftType=MiG-21MF

 

Changes in OPTIONS.INI:

In section [instantAction] set AircraftType same as in INSTANTACTION.INI. .
