File Patch INI

Yes, I have made a backup copy since installing new patch. So, b4 I screw anything new and good up Question: I see a INI in the terrain folder in WOV, titled "file patch". What is that? If I dare to add my previous files with the updated runways etc, will that happen? A screw up?

Nope, it didnt. Works ok with the old stuff.
