A fix for the AN-64 AN-65 problem

For some reason the AN-64 and AN-65 bombs lod specifies the m38_jeep.bmp as a skin. When the skin got moved in the new file set up, the bombs lost their skin. If you copy and paste the jeep bitmap to the weapons folder, the bombs get their skins back. Of course, you could probably copy, rename, and then repaste one of the other bomb bitmaps, using the name m38_jeep.bmp in your weapons folder and get a better skin, but I kind of like the "left laying around since WW2" look the jeep bitmap gives it.
