WoV/WoE Skin Replacements

I just purchased Wings Over Vietnam and Wings Over Europe. I am new to the skin replacement procedures for these two games and need lots of help.

 

Is there a utility that I need to use to export the skins into WOV and WOE??? Also some files are coming in "Zipped" with all of the elements in the folders and other skins are just coming in as a .rar file. Do I need to do any conversions to the .rar files because I have noticed that all of the existing files which came with the games are .bmp(Paint) format.

 

Any help to get me started in the right direction will be appreciated.

.rar and .zip are archive files u need to extract using winzip and winrar.

winzip is in windows by default.

winrar u can find on www.rarlabs.com

 

installation instructions u can find in the readme's that are included in the files.
