CHILLISKINNER PROBLEM

OK ,,I tried to use chilli Skinner to create a BMP of my model so I can try skiining it .....Everything goed OK untill I try to optimise poly's and bam I get the POO chilliskiner error message...I skip that and pick source and target and try to Morph source to target and i get a error message..cannot morgh to to diffrences in faces and so fourth AAAAARGGGHHHHHHHHH is there an easier way to do this ?????????????
