Heck Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 File Name: Active Battlefield Mod for First Eagles File Submitter: Heck File Submitted: 1 Jan 2007 File Category: SF Maps/Terrain Mods This mod adds Artillery, Static Infantry, and AA Machine gun sections as targets along the front in First Eagles. You can use the A-Team's AA gunners if you can get them. If not, I've included a version of the infantry to use. My thanks to Kesselbrut, and Geo, for allowing the use of their WW2 infantry, and WW2 37mm gun, respectively. The readme contains installation instructions, and notes. General Notes: Use of this mod may cause a hit to frame rates on slower computers, so use with caution. I don't know what impact, if any, it may have on campaign games, except that it will give you a busy battlefield. It certainly makes sightseeing tours more interesting. I have a middle of the road system, with a shared video chip, and noticed some slight reduction in frame rates at low altitude. Download at your own risk. I'm not planning to update this, so feel free to mod it to your hearts content. Just give Kesselbrut and Geo credit for their work, and if you find the need to modify the infantry, or artillery, ask their permission first.
