Need help on FM problem

Ok I have been working over some things in the albatros data ini and I need help.

 

I have something I really am close to liking but I need one thing, how do I make it where the rudder won't throw the alb at a90 deg sideways slide. I need to wind to resist the slide throw is what im after.

 

 

WHich part of the fm do I need to tweak.
