The installation order is:

Install first the RF-4C for WOE of Phantom59 and

 

later the KIT RF-4C.

 

CUT AND PASTE TANK_TARPS.ini TO Weapons FOLDER

 

PASTE THIS TO WEAPONSDATA.INI AND COMPILE IN THE

 

WEAPONS EDITOR
